Important Notes to Registrants
- Fee includes admission to all symposia and lunch vouchers valid on 28th of July, 1st August 2025.
- Only VISA and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Presenters with abstract accepted should complete registration by 30 May 2025 or their presentation will be removed from the program.
- Your participation in EcoMat Conference 2025 constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Conference organizers and their initiatives, including, but not limited to, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
- Registrants must accept personal responsibility for insurance against travel risk, injuries and loss of property.
- Participants of excursion activities agree to indemnify the conference organizers and İstanbul Technical University against any claims arising from injury or loss sustained during the conference.

- Rates quoted are in EURO, including bed and breakfast and VAT %10 / %2 acommation TAX
- Please make your reservations early, bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.
- Room reservations will be confirmed only after receiving full payment by credit card or bank transfer.
- Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. If you would like to check-in before 14:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy - Accommodation
Requests for accommodation cancellation must be received in writing by the EcoMat 2025 Registration Secretariat (Falcon MICE) via e-mail to info@ecomat2025.com
- In the case of any room cancellations (cancellation of the total stay) until May 31th, full payment will be refunded after deducting 1 night penalty charge.
- In the case of any room cancellations (cancellation of the total stay) after June 1st, no refunds will be possible.
- In the case of any room night modifications (partial cancellation for some of the nights only) until June 15th, full payment after deducting any bank charges will be refunded.
- In the case of any room night modifications (partial cancellation for some of the nights only) after June 16th, no refunds will be possible.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of EcoMat 2025, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
